The Lady pharmacist Elaheh went above and beyond to provide helpful service and delivery of medications to myself and my household while we were all in iso. THANK YOU!!! Highly recommended over larger chains if u want prompt and friendly service.

I recently had visits to this pharmacy and I'm very pleased by the service I received. The staffs are professional and friendly.I had two injections recently (Whooping cough and Covid19 vaccines) administered by Naz, and hands down, they were the best and the most painless shots I've ever had. Definitly visit them more.

Being stuck at home with COVID and needing a script to be filled urgently was quite stressful. I called and they were wonderful- Organised delivery to me the same day, added on other items I needed. Very appreciative

Shout out to the lovely person who took my phone call today. I'll update this with their name if I'm updated on that (couldn't hear it on the phone). Miscommunication (busy time, winter rush) caused a really stressful and frustrating misunderstanding. Yesterday I purchased an item that caused negative effects this morning. I contacted 777 -after using the product, as they're usually so efficient I'd assumed it might have been paranoia- and it was, in fact, a communication error where only half the updated medical notes had been logged, causing incorrect item sale (very small difference in labeling). The person on the phone was patient to listen as when I learned the error, I was stressed, tired and scared on the phone. I could hear the tension in their voice, but they explained the whole error with absolute clarity and assured me that they'd go to every length to get the solution I asked for if management could permit.I remember frontline retail, I remember what highly anxious customers are like and thanks to that person for going through the stressful ordeal of helping me come down from that anxiety.(The error is quite serious and negligent, so I will not be on the back foot regarding resolution. I'm just glad I'm working it out with a good team)

Very busy place with lots of people waiting.Quite a lot of Staff which were brilliant, very friendly and helpful, so no one waited.The lady that helped me went beyond highest service. Thank you guys, as I wasn't feeling well and was able to get out quickly.

I have been going to this Pharmacy for about 50 years and it has been the best service of all the ones I have been to they have new staff the last 8 or so months and they are also marvellous always so helpful Christina who has been there for many years is alway so helpful and kind.Thank you to you all its so helpful when your not feeling well to have such nice people.
