A fabulous Pharmacy, never seen anything quite like it.. I would go as far as to say probably the best in Australia. The service is second to none, and thats by all the staff who are so willing to give advice... They are friendly, helpful and we are blessed having them on our door step. We have been coming to Byford discount drug store for 2 years now and we would never want to go anywhere else.We have recently had 2 children which means we are visiting the store quite frequently for children's panadol/antibiotics and all the rest.For 2 years we have had excellent customer service. Staff have greeted us by first name, asked about our family and have been so informative with new prescriptions or general product knowledge.I was quite nervous about receiving my covid vaccine and David was just so understanding and supportive. It was nice to feel like someone cared about your concerns and he provide me with re assurance.I never write reviews, but this business goes above and beyond.Keep it up and thank you.

I buy cough syrup from here too expensive double price then I check chemist warehouse same syrup 10.99 I buy from hehe 23.99$ no good I buy first time never go again.

They always seem to point me in the right direction to help and solutions. Thankyou, sometimes you have no idea the impact you make on us with illnesses.

David the pharmacist is amazing always greets me by my name is helpful and friendly. Such an asset to the community and the pharmacy really missed him when he was unwell.
